Microgen 105 is a powdered bacterial laden formulation of naturally occurring microorganisms chosen for their ability to degrade certain wastes. The cultures in Microgen 105 have the ability to absorb phosphates utilizing the oxygen and retaining the phosphorous. The phosphorous laden bacteria settle in the secondary clarifiers and are removed from the process during regular wasting.
